Customer and Sales Support Specialist

Join our team as a Customer and Sales Support Specialist, within this innovative financial software solution company. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences as well as providing sales and marketing support to the Business Development Manager.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, located in Tauranga.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Triaging and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner – providing troubleshooting and escalation when required
  • Maintaining help files and resources to assist customers
  • Assisting and ensuring CRM is up-to-date
  • Providing product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Assisting BDM with proposals
  • Providing support with sales and marketing materials and coordinating events
  • Conducting market research, managing social media, updating the website, and creating blog content and newsletters

 

Key skills, experience and requirements

  • Desire to work in the technology and SaaS space
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
